At Showoff training, we believe in training and exercising with a purpose in mind. In a world filled with information, sometimes people lose sight of what actually are beneficial for growth and achieving individual goals. Here, we make sure we emphasize the client’s individualized goals, we customized the workout program for the client (no cookie cutter workouts), and we create lasting lifestyle changes that will create new, and positive routines that will affect other aspects of your life.

Caring about the well-being of our clients are our number one priority. Our training approach is simple: Creating a challenging routine while having a real motivating attitude. Our philosophy has always been that you are stronger than you think you are and we will push and motivate you to where you need to go. With our experience and training style, we want to create a challenging yet appropriate program that fits the individual fitness goals while making your weakness your strengths and your strengths even stronger. We are not only a personal training company. We are a community, we are a family, we are one. With our cofounders being brothers, showoff training believes pushing each individual to become the best person they can be. No man or woman left behind.

I graduated in 2016 with an Exercise Science Degree with a concentration in Applied Health
from Salisbury University. During that time, I worked at a local physical therapy and sports
medicine clinic as an Exercise Rehabilitation Technician studying under Physical Therapist and
Physical Therapist Assistants. I learned a vast majority of exercise and rehabilitation techniques
that cater to individuals with injuries, certain physiological conditions and other special
populations. Just to be clear, I am not a Physical Therapist but, I have a vast knowledge that will
help with issues within my scope of practice. In 2018, I graduated from Salisbury University with
a Master’s degree in Applied Health Physiology with a concentration in Strength and
Conditioning. During that time and beyond, I have and still work as a Strength and Conditioning
coach, Fitness Trainer, and Master Trainer for numerous gyms, and strength and conditioning
facilities throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region.

During the pandemic, I started training clients virtually nationwide who didn’t have access to a
training facility. I really enjoyed the aspect of training people with a range of different life
experiences, fitness levels, and knowledge. I’ve always strived to help people to the best of my
ability and will always go above and beyond to help achieve another person’s fitness goals no
matter their zip code. My philosophy is to make your weaknesses your strength, and your
strengths even stronger.
