Challenges

Starting April 21st, we are starting our 60 Day Showoff Summer Solstice Challenge. The goal is to workout, stay consistent and have a well balanced diet through 60 days before the first day of summer. It usually takes about 2- 3 solid weeks to create a lifestyle change and there is no better way to do it with a community behind you. This is going to be a tough challenge but I know you will be able to do it. Okay so here are the rules to this challenge:

> A minimum of 45min for your workout
Exercising 5 days a week

> 128 ounces of water a day. That’s a gallon 

>Track every meal/snack on food tracking app. (MyFitnessPal, myplate, lifesum, etc)
> Track your progress with pictures, videos and post on your page with the hashtag #showofftraining or #SOT
