This 5 day Muscle building Program consists 5 split day routines. The first two days target your upper and lower body and focuses on the Strength phase of the routine. Giving you a range of 85-95 percent of your maximum 1 rep max. The following three days consists of the muscle building aspect of the program, focusing on 67-85 percent of your 1RM. Every exercise has a hyperlink to some of my favorite video demos on youtube. This program has lets you do a de-load week (4th week) so that you can rest the body for maximum efficiency. Training program: 8-12weeks
